Global Youth Club “GLOBALYC” is a youth club, which purpose is in
forming and developing many-sided personality with leadership skill based on universal
human values.
The main business profiles of “GLOBALYC” are the following: development
of personality and skills, project activities and thematic clubs. The development
of personality and skills is effected via FLS program (Free Leaders School), training
and practice. The project activities consist in realizing projects of club participants.
The thematic clubs are the ones made up by club members or its partners in a
definite direction.

The «GLOBALYC» consists of a nuclear, a core group, partners and
participants. The Nuclear is a group of people who have realized themselves in society,
but concern themselves with development of the youth and are about to take part
in it.
The direction contains teachers, manager and financial
backer. Teachers qualify core group via the FLS program. Financial backer
invests in the club. Manager promotes and develops «GLOBALYC».
Core group is the initiative youth, from 18 to 35
years old, who wants to develop leadership and administrative skills, looks
toward self-actualize having a good evidence base.
Partners are those who have run their business or who
are narrowly focused specialists. One of the main requirements to a partner is to comply with the club conception.
Partners supply with material resources, invite event guests or teach the
youth. Partner has the opportunity to select young people and to train his own personnel.
Partner can conduct one of the subjects through a thematic club, teach
practical courses or take on a project. On top of that, partner’s name is
adverted in all information blocks and club event posters.
Participants are people who take part in events and
projects of «GLOBALYC» on their own accord.
Core group training program:
The first step is the basic training called “Broaden
options and prioritization”. It is
pointed at spirit activation, helps each participant to set priorities and to
run an interesting project which both improves society and develops
personality. As the result, participants represent their group projects they
have already been working at for one month. Besides, participants attend one
month course at Active Manager School (AMS), where they discuss project work, share
experience, gather support of the nuclear
and necessary knowledge. Participants’ projects must conform to one of the replicable
topics. Replicability of a project means possibility to carry out a project in
other cities and countries.

The second step is the FLS program. It contains four
terms for six months:
1. developing administrative skills
2. art of relationships and relations in a group
3. finding a super target and running a mission
4. becoming a leader and making a new society direction
After the FLS program participants become integral, independent
and skillful leaders.
Each core group of «GLOBALYC» will get membership cards,
which will let visit trainings, conferences and other events and will charter
in «GLOBALYC».
We will create a web-portal of the «GLOBALYC» club
where club members, partners and core group will communicate, share experience
and info. There’ll be information about all events of «GLOBALYC» and its
partners.
Every spring and autumn there’ll be conferences for
core group, participants, partners and guests to share their projects and achievements,
to get acquainted with each other. On top of that, there’ll be annual master
classes and meetings with guests from every corner of the world.
Consequently, «GLOBALYC» is not a simple project which
forms the public consciousness through social activism, its
own investments in creating personnel and youth education. «GLOBALYC» is a base
to run business and to make useful acquaintances and partnership.
